Our first point of contact is a 30-minute virtual meeting to discuss your project and see if we’re a good fit for each other.

We'll work together in an interactive briefing workshop to define your project's goals and address potential challenges, refining the scope of work and next steps

We start our feasibility studies, prepare conceptual design options for your project and provide sustainability opportunities and constraints.

Once your chosen option is selected, we will move forward with refining and developing the design in conjunction with our consultants such as structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineers. In this stage, we will also prepare building permit packages and tender packages for construction.

We will observe the site progress and quality during the construction phase, and act as your Contract Administrator.

We will keep in touch for a year to learn how you use the space and work through any issues with project.
